This course is for both beginner and intermediate students. Beginners will focus on simple forms (mugs, bowls), glazes, and glazing techniques. Intermediate students will receive instruction on techniques they wish to hone (e.g., lidded vessels, plates, stacked forms, carving/impressing). Classes will be tailored to the students’ interests. Open studio time is encouraged to practice skills learned in class. We will focus on projects centered around students’ interests** **(e.g., boxes, vases, lanterns, mugs).
